Thus was my first experience with Valvoline and the techs were friendly and very knowledgeable. Special shout out to Nick and Bryan they were awesome. The managed as well but I cannot remember his name.

First off im a little upset they never checked my tire pressure or put air in my tires before they started my service, second the team needs to stop pushing other services when customers decline the first time. Other than that good.

Mechanics and manger were polite, professional and quick. They were happy to explain services if asked about. At no time did anyone try and pressure me into paying for any services I did not desire at that time. I have been using your company for around 15 years because of the experience and quality of service.

I was missed informed about needing a oil change I already call customer service about this and waiting on the store manager to call me I only put over 2,000 miles on my car from the last oil change and I use your guys high mileage full synthetic oil which is for 5,0000 I notice the oil team looking lost and talking low to each other while charging my oil when i noticed how much I was under I ask the team did I really need a oil change which the team member look like a deer in headlights and was lost and then told me with that oil it’s 7,000 so I ask why did the team not notice my oil was still basically full he said we did what I ask which is a oil change I told him I been to a different Valvoline store which actually look at my oil and told me I did not need one at that time so I ask the team member you guys don’t do that and all he could say is I ask for a oil change so I ask for the manager who then when talking to him told me they not Allowed to check my oil to see if I need one and that What is 3000 doesn’t matter what type of oil? Which I know is not true because Synthetic is up to 5000 miles so I basically got Rob
